ORDERING
1) Payment Methods
We accept payments via Debit/Credit cards, Paypal, ^Bank transfer and ^PayNow.
^Instructions on making payments via bank transfer and PayNow will be shown upon checkout.
We can offer credit terms for bulk purchases if you are from an educational institution and we can issue e-invoices. Please contact us at hello@learningvessels.com or +65 8817 0597.
2) Delivery
(i) What are your delivery charges?
We provide a flat delivery rate of $3.90. For bulk orders, please contact us at hello@learningvessels.com +65 8817 0597.
(ii) How long does delivery take?
Items that we have ready stock of will be delivered in approximately 3-5 working days. Some of our products are prepared only upon ordering, hence there will be a lead time for production before delivery. Please check our product descriptions. We will also inform you by email if we need a longer lead time to complete your order.
Please do ensure that your shipping address is correct so that our items can reach you safely!
(iii) I have not received my order. What should I do?
Do contact us at hello@learningvessels.com or +65 8817 0597 if you have not received your item within the expected delivery period (up to 5 working days for items we have on-hand, or preparation + delivery period that we indicate to you by email after receiving your order.)
(iv) Where do you ship to?
We mainly ship our items within Singapore but, if you would like your items delivered overseas, please contact us at hello@learningvessels.com. We can calculate the shipping cost for your order based on available shipping methods for your consideration first.
(v) Can I self pick-up? Do you have a physical store/office?
We currently do not have a physical shop. As such, all orders are to be made online. If you have any special order requirements, do contact us at hello@learningvessels.com or +65 8817 0597.
(vi) What is your return/refund policy?

For our digital downloadable products, all sales are final and no refunds are allowed.
